Vegan Butterscotch

4 tablespoons unsalted vegan butter
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon large-flake salt
1/2 cup silk vegan whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

First, melt butter in pan on medium heat. Add sugar, salt and whipping cream. Cook on medium low heat until dark caramel color. Take off heat and add vanilla. Enjoy!
